HERE’S HOW TO USE OUR HEADACHE WHEAT BAG:
To use the wheat bag warm, simply place it in the middle of the microwave with a glass of water, and heat for 30 seconds – 1 minute.
Remove it from the microwave and check the temperature on the back of your hand, make sure it’s not too hot. Then place the wheat bag over your head and position the filled area on the forehead where the pain is. Lay back, relax and enjoy.

To use the wheat bag chilled, place it into a freezer bag and pop it in the freezer for 40 minutes or more. Then pop it onto your head as above and enjoy the cooling relief.
