HERE’S HOW TO USE OUR OUCHIE WHEAT BAG:
To use the Ouchie wheat bag chilled, place it in a freezer bag and pop it in the freezer for at least 40 minutes, remove from the freezer and apply it to the affected area. Note: Ouchie wheat bags can be kept in the freezer at all times, that way it’s ready when you need them.
To use the Ouchie wheat bag warm, pop it in the microwave and heat for 30 seconds. If the wheat bag has been taken from the freezer it will need to be heated for longer. Heat the wheat bag for 30-second intervals until it’s at the desired temperature. Remove from microwave and apply to the affected area.
