Shipping Rates:

• Urban North Island: $9.95
• Urban South Island: $11.95
• Rural Nationwide: $15.00

Processing Time:

• We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days of receiving them.
• If your product is on backorder, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. However, in most cases, we can have your product made and shipped within just a few days.
• If you need your order urgently, please email us at info@wearmewheatbag.co.nz and we will confirm production and shipping times.

Tracking Your Order:

• All orders are tracked, and you will receive an email with tracking details once your order is collected by the courier.

Shipping Partners:

• We use trusted courier partners for delivery across New Zealand to ensure safe and timely shipping.

Address Accuracy:

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to errors provided by the customer.

Missing or Damaged Items:

• If your order is missing or damaged, please reach out to us at info@wearmewheatbag.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

• For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be incurred upon delivery.
